We make touring easy, with online tour scheduler, offering in-person, virtual and self-guided tours. Please be prepared to show Government Issued Photo ID to tour our community.

To uphold fair policies, we use the same rental criteria for all applicants which includes a credit check, residential verification, and employment verification. combined income for the apartment must also reach at least 2.8X total rent.

You can submit your application anytime online or stop by during regular office hours to submit your application in person. We strive to process all applications in a timely manner and to be as efficient as possible, please submit all required documents at the time of your application. At the time you submit your application, a processing fee and document fee of $40 per applicant and a lease initiation fee of $200 will be due. If it has been longer than 7 days, please call the front office at 435-334-3274 and we would be happy to check on the status of your application.

We are excited for you to call Matheson home! Move-in expenses include your 1st month’s rent and security deposit. Any other service you have added on will also be due at that time. Wasatch has partnered with Jetty to meet your deposit requirements with a small, one-time payment. Learn more.

Your rent payment includes your monthly rent plus any additional bundle services you signed up for at the time of your lease. We do not include utility services such as water or electricity in your rental rate.

Our residents are our #1 priority. We strive to respond to all service requests within 3 hours to ensure your home is maintained to your satisfaction**. Non-emergency service requests are handled during regular business hours. You can request maintenance service from the convenience of your own home via our resident portal! You can also call 435-334-3197 to request help from our maintenance team. You may choose to be present and give us a preferred time to come by or you may give us permission to enter in your absence. *Tip you can download our resident portal app for more convenience. Look up RentCafe Resident on your preferred app store to have easy access to your resident portal.

We are proud to call The Matheson pet friendly! Our monthly pet rent is $40 per pet and we do require a non-refundable pet fee of $350. In addition, a 65 lb pet weight limit applies. 

Yes, parking is available onsite for our visitors and residents. Visitors to our office can use the designated "Office parking" spaces near the rental center while conducting business in our office. Resident parking includes open unassigned spaces but if you prefer your car to be covered, reserve a covered parking spot for only $20 a month or a private garage for $125 a month.

Students living at The Matheson Attend Mckinley Elementary School, Garland Elementary, Bear River Jr. High School And Bear River High School. For more information about schools in our neighborhood visit Box Elder School District. We are also located close to Utah State University.

Yes, we offer in home washer and dryers in select homes.

Yes, we partner with atlas disposal to provide trash service on site.
